We are a small group and work with Port Environment Centre to promote community awareness of the importance of trees shade and cooling, for maintaining biodiversity for our wildlife, for maintaining healthy soils and air and for the wellbeing of people to access healthy natural ecosystems in their neighbourhoods.
We regularly make submissions to local councils and state governments on reviews, changes to development codes and strategies to increase the urban forest that is increasingly important for liveable cities.
